What was the highlight of Susukino Granbell Hotel
Good
Good location to explore the Susukino area and very close to Houi Susukino station to get to the hotel and use the subway. The room was clean and all amenities were provided. Laundry costs 600 yen to wash and dry clothes,
Rooms were quite small to stay with luggage. There’s is room under the bed to store luggage but it still felt cramped. The Susukino area is a bit noisy at night.

Modern hotel in awesome location
We loved the hotel, modern, clean, great location and friendly staff!
The room was smaller than anticipated and you are required to leave rubbish and towels outside door and notify staff. With a baby we had more daily rubbish than most and we didn’t work this out until the last day.

Good short stay
Good location, neat, decent and clean.
Self check in and check out machine could be confusing without staff explaining. Only by pointing you over and turns out the machine does not accept cash payment. It would be great if that can be mentioned without guest going through the whole process before realising that. Otherwise everything else is great.
